Requirements:

You have finished your undergraduate studies in business/economics, engineering, IT development, industrial engineering or any similar field of study or you have gained experience in construction throughout your vocational education and job experience
You are a teamplayer and highly motivated to shape the future of the REHAU Group
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and consider yourself as innovative
You have gained first experience within innovation, project management or a similar field
You are a go-getter and self-starter
You are open-minded, have studied abroad and speak fluently English
